Working to help people, I try to walk the delicate path between charging my worth for my experience and skills, whilst never wanting someone to be excluded from accessing what they really need.

1:1 Coaching Support:
Transforming Behavioural Patterns & Limiting Beliefs
These sessions are designed to help you identify patterns of damaging or unhelpful behaviour that can affect our health physically, mentally and energetically. By learning to notice the patterns and the archetypes that repeatedly make us do things that aren't always in our best interests we can make positive changes that move us forwards.

30 min discovery call to find out more - £30 (you can bring one thing you would like to discuss to this call)
Full session - 60 minutes - includes an audio recording and written summary - £80
Block of 3 x sessions - £225
I will often discuss the emotional and behavioural aspects of our symptoms during movement and massage sessions where appropriate, but to benefit from focused time to talk and for me to offer relevant tools to help you move forward I recommend booking a dedicated session.
Pilates & Movement Sessions
1:1 Tuition - Pilates Aparatus and Matwork:
1 x 1 hour session/Initial session - £65
3 x 1 hours sessions - £180 (£60 per session to be used within 6 weeks)
5 x 1 hour sessions - £275 (£55 per session to be used within 10 weeks)
2:1 Tuition - Pilates Matwork
I offer Matwork tuition (using small Pilates props) for two people from my home studio.
Share a session with a friend or family member:
1 x 1 hour session/Initial session - £40 per person
3 x 1 hour sessions - £112.50 per person (£37.50 per person/session to be used within 6 weeks)
5 x 1 hour sessions - £175 per person (£35 per person/session to be used within 1- weeks)
Groups Classes - Pilates Matwork

45 minute session - £55
3 x 1 hours sessions - £180 (£60 per session to be used within 6 weeks)

1 x 90 min session - £95
3 x 90 min sessions - £270 (£90 per session to be used within 6 weeks)
Structural Integration Series
(12 sessions)
The series consists of 12 x 90min sessions (ideally weekly)
Pay per session - £95
Full series paid at start - £1080
Structural Integration Three Series:
Consisting of 3 x 90min sessions (retuning after initial 12 series has been completed)
Pay per session - £95
