Listed below are my rates for my various offerings.
Working to help people, I try to walk the delicate path between charging appropriately for my experience and skills to those who can afford it, whilst never wanting someone to be excluded from accessing what they need.

Archetypal Alchemy - Transformational Coaching

30 min discovery call to find out more - £30 (deducted of the price of a full session if you decide to book in)
First session - up to 90 minutes - including guidance, tools & audio recording - £125
Follow up sessions - up to 60 minutes - £100
* Special offer - book a block of 3 x sessions - £300 *
These sessions are priced differently to movement and bodywork due to the work I do in preparation and after your session.
I will often discuss the emotional and behavioural aspects of our symptoms during movement and massage sessions where appropriate, but to benefit from focused time to talk and for me to offer relevant tools to help you move forward I recommend booking a dedicated session.
Pilates & Movement Sessions
1 x 1 hour session/Initial session - £65
3 x 1 hours sessions - £180 (£60 per session to be used within 6 weeks)
5 x 1 hour sessions - £275 (£55 per session to be used within 10 weeks)
Mat Pilates group classes - Blocks available (£15 per session - click for info)
Fascia & Massage Therapy Sessions
1 x 1 hour session/Initial session - £65
45 minute session - £55
3 x 1 hours sessions - £180 (£60 per session to be used within 6 weeks)
5 x 1 hour sessions - £275 (£55 per session to be used within 10 weeks)
1 x 90 min session - £95
3 x 90 min sessions - £270 (£90 per session to be used within 6 weeks)
Structural Integration Series
(12 sessions)
The series consists of 12 x 90min sessions (ideally weekly)
Pay per session - £95
Full series paid at start - £1080
Structural Integration Three Series:
Consisting of 3 x 90min sessions (retuning after initial 12 series has been completed)
Pay per session - £95
3 sessions paid at start - £270
