SOMA SESSIONS EVENTS:

Sound & Meditation in The Cabin

Sounds of the Soma:

An immersive sound meditation using resonance, tone, and vibrational frequencies to guide you to a state of inner awareness. “Soma” — connecting our psyche to the wisdom and healing potential held within our body.  Combining sound and stillness, this session encourages the invitation for awareness, release, and integration.  Check back for details of the next session.

The next ‘Sounds of the Soma’ session will be on Thursday 19 November at 7pm – book here

What to expect:
Arrive, and settle into a guided meditation to set the intention before beginning the sound journey. After there will be the opportunity for quiet reflection, journalling and then tea and sharing (if you choose to).

Illness

If you’re unwell – whether it’s a cold, flu, a sickness bug or anything contagious – please don’t come to your class or appointment. It will help your recovery more to be at home while avoiding the risk of passing it on to others.

Also a self-employed practitioner, illness can mean several days of client and class cancellations, with lost income for that time, so I’m incredibly grateful for your consideration.

Secondly, I’m grateful for your giving 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.

I appreciate these two requests don’t always sit comfortably together, as we can’t predict when we’ll become unwell, and I would never want anyone to attend to avoid losing a paid session. But as a small independent business, it’s not possible for me to absorb the multiple last-minute cancellations that often happen during the colder months.

Thank you for understanding the conflict that these requests might raise – they are about balancing the wellbeing of everyone who comes to the studio or cabin with the reality of running a small business. Your kindness and consideration make that balance possible, and I’m sure I can speak for many practitioners who work like me that we appreciate your understanding.
